The locations available are Chandler, AZ * Branson, MO * Lake Tahoe, NV * Marbella, Spain * or Acapulco, Mexico. Availability varies with location. The sooner you book, the better chance you will have of getting your first choice. We have owned this timeshare for over 30 years and have used it many times in various locations. All locations have been recently refurbished and are in excellent condition. Royal Aloha offers an outdoor pool, sauna, and barbecue areas plus other amenities dependant upon location. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large color TV with DVD player, washer and dryer, and most have air conditioning. Our annual dues are $745, which is what we are asking for the week.
